A new task framework that enables operators to find and complete operation tasks efficiently

  • Overview

    Flexport is a freight forwarder that helps companies coordinate and move shipments. At Flexport, I was on the Freight Forwarding Operations team that built tools to help operators move shipments from A to B easily.

    Milestone-WorkItem (MWI) is a new workflow framework that aims to structure operation tasks. In this project, I participated in the early framework design and later led the research and design for import MWI, delivering eight new tools for import tasks within five months.

    These tools consolidate tasks, minimizing interactions, and simplifying platform navigation for operators.
